1. Fill out the info to the left to submit an application and wait for approval!

HINT: The coupon ID should be what you want to promote to your followers! (Example: Brooke10 for 10% off! The number must be 10) If you receive an error message this means that code is already taken, try adding your last initial or using your last name instead! 

2. The ambassador code will automatically be created for you!

3. Share the code with all your friends and family! The code will give them 10% off all purchases (before tax & shipping) on our website. 

4. You will receive 10% commission on all purchases using your code (before tax & shipping). If you are already a campus manager, we will add these earnings to your monthly Qwil check. If you are not a part of the campus manager program, on your first pay day, you will receive an email from Qwil which you will then set up an account from there and you can manage your payments from that app/website.

By submitting an application to be a brand ambassador, you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this program. 

This program allows you to monetize your social media user-generated content by placing on your social media profiles a personalized brand ambassador coupon code. When customers purchase from our site using your code you are eligible to receive a commission. 

At times the terms of the agreement may be modified. If you do not agree with the changes you can terminate your participation in the program. 

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this program. 

You must have a PayPal account. 

You must have an Instagram account. 

You must comply with this agreement to participate in the program and to receive commissions.

Your code is for you to post only in your profiles & share with your sorority sisters and friends. You must not comment your code on any Greek House social media posts. 

You must not add your coupon code to any coupon sites… we will be checking for this frequently. Please remember that the purpose of the program is to bring new customers to our brand by helping to spread the word about Greek House to friends and family. 

You may use your coupon code on your own order but you will not receive commission for your own purchases. All orders are reviewed and if the name/shipping address/email match the commission will be denied. If we feel you are deliberately trying to get around this to receive a commission on your own orders (i.e. using your boyfriends email) your membership will be terminated. 

Your breach of any of the terms in this agreement, or in connection with this agreement will result in the termination of the partnership and gives us the right to permanently withhold any commissions. 

We will pay a commission with the base amount of no less than 10% of the price paid by the customer and actually received by Greek House, before taxes and shipping, on all qualifying purchases. A qualifying purchase is a purchase in which a customer uses your coupon code while placing a successful order on the Greek House website. 

Example: If a customer places an order for a $10 item using your 10% off code, the order total would be $9. You will be eligible to receive a 10% commission of $9 totaling to $.90. 

At times we may incentivize our brand ambassadors by offering increased commission rates for a period of time. For example we may notify brand ambassadors that they can earn a 20% commission on qualifying purchases, etc. 

We will pay commissions in US dollars via PayPal approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar month in which they were earned. You are solely responsible for any PayPal fees, and any and all taxes. We are not responsible for any commissions that are not received by you due to suspension or termination of your PayPal account.

Payouts begin on the 1st of the following month the commissions were earned. If the 1st falls on a weekend payouts will begin on the next business day. Please allow 2-5 business days for your payment to be received once payouts begin on the 1st. 

We may deduct or withhold any taxes that we may be legally obligated to deduct or withhold from any amounts payable to you under this Agreement. From time to time, we may request tax information from you. If we request tax information from you and you do not provide it to us, we reserve the right to hold any amounts otherwise payable to you in connection with the Program until you provide this information or otherwise satisfy us that you are not a person from whom we are required to obtain tax information. 

Payouts begin on the 7th of the following month the commissions were earned. If the 7th falls on a weekend, they will begin to roll out the next business day. 

You acknowledge and agree that Greek House customers do not become your customers by virtue of you participation in the program. You agree to not handle any customer service related contact with customers and will direct them to contact [email protected].

The term of this agreement begins upon your submission of the application. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by giving the other party written notice of termination.
